Regular classes are a way to build a living practice. You come back week after week, and the practice slowly becomes yours. Beginners are always welcome.

Yoga that supports the nervous system, builds inner resilience, and deepens your sense of connection. These classes are open to beginners and returning students. Come as you are — no experience needed. Join online via Zoom or come in person.

Seated Yoga

Monday · 9:30 am – 10:15 am

Gentle

Designed for seniors and those with mobility considerations who want to stay active and feel supported. We move safely. The focus is on breathwork and stretching to help the body feel more balanced and more comfortable. Easy to follow — you can join from home with a sturdy chair, online via Zoom or in person.
